By their acts the SCOBA Orthodox in North America are members of a Schismatic jurisdiction with no canonical sacramental authority.

To allow us to have certain links forwarded to this page we have moved the index for the moment. This is to allow us to document that we are who we claim we are and to disprove the claims of THE SCOBA SCHISMATICS who would lie about us. The links below prove that the claims of the ethnic unchristian clergy who publish false information about this Church and our clergy are, in fact, unchristian liars! Also some in the independent movement would also claim to be us - also lies. They fear the truth - that the ethnic Churches historically ignored the canons and invaded our canonical jurisdiction and that their bishops claimed to be over this Church and all Orthodox in America. That they ignored this Church and publish lies to hide their unchristian claims about good orthodox clergy. This shows them to be unchristian since they continue to defame Archbishop Aftimios Ofiesh, Martyr, of Blessed Memory over 40 years after he reposed. This also shows them to be in Schism with the canonically established American Orthodox Catholic Church since 1929 (or earlier) and this continues today.

These Schismatics make false claims such as we are not the original Church or that others succeeded Abp. Ofiesh after he (supposedly) resigned or was uncanonically suspended or deposed. Ofiesh headed.

The 2 - 1928 Corporate documents show that the Church was incorporated in 1928 by Abp. Ofiesh whose signature appears on this document. Next is the Certificate of Good Standing that shows the Church, incorporated in 1928, still exists as of the date the form was issued and last is the corporate directors certificate showing the directors of the Church Corporation today. Anyone who claims to be this Church and their name does not appear in our directory or as a director may not be part of this historic American Orthodox Catholic Church.
